In the lease the tenants were supposed to be there until end of March but they've asked to leave March 1st, the sellers have agreed to that.

Foundation work- Work done by Buisson Expert is no longer under warranty.
The issue is the line between the entrance door and the kitchen door, the doors have been fixed since although the seller is not sure to what extent. There is a $50k rough estimate based on one contractor which would be divided by 3 units. There's been no further plans since this discussion.
